Frequently Asked Questions About Our Training

General Training Questions

Do I need prior experience to take your courses?
No, our courses are designed to accommodate participants with no prior experience. Our structured curriculum builds from fundamentals to advanced concepts, making them accessible to beginners while still valuable for those with some experience seeking to formalize their knowledge.

Who delivers your training?
All WeDoProject courses are delivered by industry professionals with a minimum of 10 years of experience in their respective fields. Our trainers bring real-world expertise and have implemented these technologies across multiple organizations and sectors.

How are online courses delivered?
Our online courses are delivered live via video conferencing software, with interactive elements including screen sharing, virtual exercises, breakout sessions, and real-time Q&A. They are not pre-recorded videos but fully interactive sessions led by our expert trainers.

What are your payment terms?
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order (for corporate clients). Full payment is required to confirm booking for individual participants, while corporate clients can arrange payment terms with our accounts team.

Do you offer certifications?
WeDoProject provides certificates of completion for all courses. While our courses align with industry certification paths, we are not an official certification provider for vendor exams (such as Oracle or ServiceNow certifications).

Project Planning with P6 

What version of Primavera P6 does the training cover?
Our training covers the latest version of Primavera P6 Professional (P6 EPPM), but the core concepts apply to all recent versions. We highlight version-specific differences during the training to ensure you can apply your knowledge regardless of which version your organization uses.

Do I need to have P6 installed on my computer for the online training?
For online training, we provide temporary access to our cloud-based P6 environment, so you don’t need to have it installed. For the best learning experience, we recommend having dual monitors – one to view the instructor and another for your practical exercises.

Can I use my company’s actual project data during the training?
Yes, for corporate training courses, we can incorporate your actual project data to make the learning more relevant. This should be arranged at least one week before the course start date and will require signing our data confidentiality agreement.

ServiceNow Admin

Does your ServiceNow training provide access to a ServiceNow instance?
Yes, all participants receive access to a dedicated ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for the duration of the course and for 30 days afterward to practice what they’ve learned.

Is this course aligned with ServiceNow certification requirements?
While our course covers many topics included in the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator exam, it is not officially aligned with ServiceNow’s certification program. However, many of our participants have successfully achieved certification after completing our training and additional self-study. 

How technical do I need to be to benefit from the ServiceNow Admin course?
The course is designed for people with basic IT literacy. While prior experience with IT service management platforms is helpful, it’s not required. We begin with fundamentals and gradually introduce more complex concepts. Some familiarity with basic concepts like forms, fields, and workflows is beneficial but not mandatory.

Data Analysis (Excel & Power BI)

Which versions of Excel does your training cover?
Our training primarily focuses on Excel 365/2021, but we also address functionality in Excel 2019 and 2016. We highlight version-specific differences during the training and provide alternative approaches for older versions where features differ.

Do I need to have Power BI Desktop installed for the course?
Yes, for the Power BI portions of the training, you’ll need Power BI Desktop installed on your computer. This is a free download from Microsoft. We’ll provide installation instructions and support before the course begins.

Is the Data Analysis course suitable for absolute beginners?
Yes, we structure the course to accommodate complete beginners while still providing value to those with some experience. We start with fundamental concepts and gradually increase complexity. If you can create basic sums in Excel, you’ll be able to follow along and learn progressively.

How much emphasis is placed on Excel versus Power BI in the Data Analysis course?
Our standard course is approximately 60% Excel and 40% Power BI, reflecting the typical workplace usage patterns. However, for corporate training, we can adjust this ratio based on your team’s specific needs and priorities.

How many participants are typically in each course?
For online courses, we limit attendance to 12 participants maximum to ensure everyone receives personalized attention. For onsite training, we recommend groups of 8-15 participants for optimal learning outcomes.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, all participants who complete the full course receive a WeDoProject Certificate of Completion, which details the course content and duration. Many of our clients include these certificates in their professional development records.

Can the courses be customized for our team’s specific industry?
Absolutely. For corporate bookings, we tailor content to your industry with relevant examples and exercises. We typically conduct a pre-course consultation to understand your specific requirements and incorporate appropriate scenarios into the training.
