Course Bookings and Payment
All course bookings are subject to availability. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or purchase order (for corporate clients). All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For Individual Course Bookings:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
For Corporate Bookings:
- Custom terms may apply as specified in your corporate agreement.
Course Transfers:
- You may transfer your booking to another course date or another person, subject to a £50 administrative fee, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original course date.
WeDoProject Ltd Cancellations:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.
- We are not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of our cancellation (e.g., travel or accommodation)
Force Majeure:
- Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power or utility outages, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.

Training Materials and Intellectual Property
All training materials provided during our courses remain the intellectual property of WeDoProject Ltd. By registering for a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials for your personal educational use for a period of 30 days after course completion.
You may not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute the materials to any third party
- Use the materials for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works based on the materials
Extended access to training materials beyond the 30-day period may be purchased for an additional fee.
Service Guarantees
We strive to provide high-quality training services and are committed to client satisfaction. If you feel the learning objectives stated in the course description have not been met, please contact us within 7 days of course completion. We will work with you to provide additional support or alternative solutions. We do not guarantee successful completion of any external certification examinations related to our training courses.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeDoProject Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or Services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to such claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeDoProject Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our Website or Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our Website or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
